Moving from 3CX, Metaswitch, BroadWorks, FreePBX or Switchvox? NCS runs beside it while you move. See how

Your customers stay yours.

Platform vendors in this field have bought their licensees and sold directly to their partners' customers. NCS is built so neither can happen to you.

The pledge

Written down, and offered as a clause in the license agreement.

We do not sell to your customers

Your customers are yours. There is no direct line from us to them, and no upsell that routes around you.

We do not own carrier voice

We are not a carrier, so we never compete with you for the traffic you carry. The platform is our product; the service business is yours.

We are not owned by a telco

Nobody above NCS sells what you sell. Your roadmap requests are weighed on merit, not against a parent company that competes with you.

We will not acquire you

Buying their own licensees is how platform vendors in this field usually go wrong. It is off the table, in writing, in the agreement.

We sell the platform to service providers only.

A white-label platform only works if the vendor stays invisible and stays out of your market. That is not a courtesy. It is the business model: the day we competed with our providers, we would have none.

Questions about the company behind NCS.

Netstratum, an independent communications software company. The calling and video engine underneath, Hoolva, is built and maintained in-house rather than licensed in.
We serve providers in the United States, the United Kingdom and beyond.
No. We do not sell to your customers, we do not own carrier voice, we are not owned by a telco, and we will not acquire you. You can have that pledge as a clause in the license agreement.
The license is yours and the deployment is yours. The per-seat rent you pay today is replaced by a license you own and a per-seat charge that steps down with volume. The platform runs on infrastructure you control, under your brand, administered by your own team. Control changes too. Roadmap requests, where your data lives and your commercial terms stop being another company's decisions.
Yes, on a call. Ask on the scoping call and we will connect you with a provider whose situation looks like yours, once they have said yes.
