Security built into the platform.

Plain answers for the person who owns the security questionnaire.

How the platform protects your data

Encrypted at rest

Stored data is encrypted with AES-256. Recordings, messages and configuration are encrypted where they are stored.

Protected in transit

Signaling and media are protected in transit between the apps and the platform, on every supported device.

Access by role

Every console uses role-based access control, so an agent, a supervisor and a tenant administrator each see only their own work.

Recording under policy

Call recording is switched on where policy requires it, set per tenant, and stored under the same encryption as everything else.

Watched for fraud

Fraud detection and alerts run inside the platform, because toll fraud is a provider's problem long before it reaches a customer.

Running NCS under GDPR and HIPAA

Your customers answer to GDPR, HIPAA and their own auditors. NCS is built to operate under those obligations: encryption at rest and in transit, access by role, recording policy per tenant, and data that lives on infrastructure you control rather than ours.

Certification always belongs to a specific deployment, and because you own yours, your audit covers it. Bring your framework to the scoping call and we will go through it control by control.

Where you deploy NCS. When it runs on your infrastructure, your customers' calls, messages and recordings stay there, not with us.
NCS is built to operate under them: encryption at rest and in transit, access by role, recording policy per tenant, and data on infrastructure you control. Certification belongs to a specific deployment, so bring your framework to the scoping call and we will go through it control by control.
Recording can be switched on for a whole company or per user. On contact center queues, callers can ask not to be recorded, and card numbers are redacted from transcripts automatically. Recordings are stored under the same encryption as everything else.
Fraud detection and alerts run inside the platform, so unusual calling patterns are flagged before they become a bill.
A consent confirmation is required before any Broadcast campaign is created, every email gets an unsubscribe footer automatically, and sends are scheduled in the timezone you choose.
