The basics

What NCS is, who it is for, and what you can put your name on.

What is NCS?

A white-label communications platform that a service provider licenses, brands and runs: softphone, PBX, meetings, chat, contact center, broadcast, reporting and AI voice agents (Beta), adopted one module at a time.

Who is NCS for?

Service providers who sell communications to their own customers: telcos and CSPs, fiber and broadband ISPs, ITSPs and CLECs, MSPs already hosting voice, and AI-native providers.

Can a business buy NCS directly?

No. Businesses buy their phone service from a provider, and NCS is the platform that provider runs. We sell to providers only, and we do not sell to your customers.

What modules are there?

Softphone, PBX Manager, Meetings, Chat, Contact center, Broadcast, Reporting, and AI voice agents. They share one core, one identity and one app.

Do we have to take every module?

No. You take the modules you deploy and pay for those. Most providers start with one and add the next when it has earned its place.

Can NCS carry our brand?

Yes. NCS is fully white-labeled: your name, your logo and your listing in the app stores. Your customers see your brand, not ours.

How deep does the white-label go?

The apps, the app store listings and every console carry your brand. Each tenant's administrator can also set their own logo, favicon and color theme inside their console.

Can our customers manage their own accounts?

Yes. NCS is multi-tenant. You create each tenant and set its plan, users and web address. The tenant then gets its own administrator console, scoped to its own users, numbers and settings.

What languages does the interface support?

English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic.
