Pricing and contract

How it is priced, how fast you get a number, and how to start small.

How does NCS pricing work?

A license paid once for the platform, a monthly per-seat charge that steps down as volume rises, and modules priced by what you deploy. Nothing is bundled that you did not choose.

Why is there no price on the website?

Seats, modules and infrastructure differ so much between providers that one public number would mislead most readers. We publish the model and send a written quote inside 48 hours instead.

How fast do we get a number?

A written quote arrives inside 48 hours of one scoping call. It sets out the license, the per-seat schedule and the modules you chose.

Can we start with one module?

Yes. That is how every provider in production started. The quote can cover a single module, and you add the next when it has earned its place.

Can we pilot it first?

Yes. The first module is the pilot: it runs beside your current platform with customers you choose, on real calls, while everything else stays put.

What does it cost to move off our current platform?

The first module runs beside the platform you have today, so there is no migration project to price up front. You move tenants at your own pace, and the quote covers what you start with.

What if NCS does not save us money?

Then the quote says so. It is written against what you pay today, and we would rather tell you plainly than win a deal that does not work for you.

Do you work with resellers and partners?

Yes, in two ways. Technical partners deploy, run and support NCS for the providers they serve. Sales partners introduce providers, and we run the demo, scoping and quote with them. Both are open to MSPs, integrators and resellers in every region, through the partners page.
