Deployment

Where it runs, what it needs, and how long it takes to stand up.

Where can NCS run?

In a public cloud, a private cloud or on premises, in an environment you choose and control.

Your customers use it on Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, Android and the web.

What infrastructure do we need?

It depends on your seat count, the modules you run and how much redundancy you want. We size it with your engineers during scoping, so the infrastructure is planned before anything is installed.

How long does setup take?

From a few hours to a couple of days, depending on the deployment you choose. After that, the rollout runs at your pace, one module and one tenant at a time.

How does redundancy work?

NCS can be deployed across sites with container-level failover, so losing one site does not take your customers offline.

Will it scale as we grow?

Yes. One architecture is built to carry a regional provider or a multi-country carrier. Capacity follows the workload, and the architecture does not change under you.

How are updates delivered?

The apps update automatically.
